Does anybody already tried to capture a screenshot on a smartphone (with NR on it) where a user draws a digital signature into a blank field and presses a kind of send button with that image later on?
Will it be doable with NR in a way or should I try a different approach?

You dont necessarily need node-red on the phone.
You could use ui-builder on a node-red (cloud based or own based node-red that is (safely) opened up to the internet) that serves up a web app using this
