Help finding the source of this error:

As much as I have tried to catch errors in my flows and identify them, this one is not playing the game.

Did more digging, and the error is on a whole other machine.

I thought I had set the flow up so if it is from a remote machine the message was stamped with the machine name.

(A whole new can of worms now)
