How do I filter and examine only 1 data set?

Let's say I have 10 devices, each device produces 5 different data points. They are all being fed back to node-red. Each screen will show the 5 different data. But I'm envisioning a drop down selecting the different devices. So if I select device3, node red would plot/display the 5 data for device3.

Something like this:

This dashboard has a dropdown for the different countries to monitor. Then then node-red would plot/display its data.
