Which node is that? node-red-xxx.xxx

That node, I believe, uses modbus to communicate with the device.
Are you asking for a user interface in node-red that gives you ladder logic programming? I see in the flows library that there is one ladder logic node, but there seems to be no documentation so whether that will help you I don't know
