Is there a way to implement a DDE server in a flow?

I have an old application, "App A", that queries another old application, "App B", using DDE (dynamic data exchange). I would like to replace App B, the DDE server, with a Node-RED flow.

I can't seem to find any solution for a Node-RED DDE server node. I found a client node, but nothing for the server side.

Any help would be most appreciated.
