Layout Fixed? not really

I am using a Fixed layout, but this is my test DB. Why Group5 is not positioned immediately below Group4? In DB-1 the same layout is more consistent...

Hi, currently Dashboard 2.0 layouts aren't as context-aware as the Dashboard 1.0 Layout. Work to be done soon hopefully.
