Manage Pallate (dashboard) not found

I have installed Node Red on Rapberry Pi
Now trying to view and play with the “DASHBOARD”.
the Problem : We can not see the “Manage Palette” setting under the Hamburger Menu.

My understanding is that we need to go to Manage Palette and then install the Dashboard.

We are running NODE RED V3.0.2
Node.js V16.18.1

Please help me the solution

How did you install node-red ?

I followed the instructions on the NodeRED official website :

bash <(curl -sL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/node-red/linux-installers/master/deb/update-nodejs-and-nodered)

there is no manage pallate

There is, but below what your screen is displaying.

there is no dashboard

You will need to install it first.
