Simply use the upload icon and drag the file. Or copy the image in the clipboard and paste it in the post.
How to share code in the forum, a node-red node should be selected first, otherwise the Export menu item may be disabled. and then use Export->Clipboard.

Export to clipboard
.
Go to your post, enter three backquotes.
Paste the code.
Re-enter three backquotes.
