Node red and snapshots

hello is it possible to have images or fluw in notification on my smartphone, via node red?
I have an ESP32-CAM type camera (see photo) and I installed ESPhome addon
I am a Home Assistant Supervisor.

I tried several things without result.
for example this:

notify avec image

if I understand correctly: you have to create a folder in Home Assistant (Multimedia Browser)
but how?
then take image captures then create a notification of the images to the smartphone via the internet.
Did I understand right?

Please note I am a beginner.

I'm afraid this is very much a home assistant type question. Many of the regulars who help out here are node-red only and have little experience with HA. I believe you might get better help on the home assistant forum.
