The usual warnings from Mr Pessimistic Security here. Windows 7 support ended on January 14, 2020. That means that, unless you are paying Microsoft a shed load of money every year, your operating system is not receiving any security updates or patches and hasn't been for over 12 months.
I couldn't even begin to know how many vulnerabilities are now known and actively exploited!
If you have it not connected to any network and you don't install new software, you may be OK but I still wouldn't risk it personally.
