Node-red-contrib-fs: v1.2.0 published with a number of fixes

Hi all, many thanks to Paul (@zenofmud) for a Pull Request that I've accepted.

This, along with a new version of a dependency, fixes a number of issues related to folder handling and sub-folder listings.

GitHub Issues #4 and #13 are also resolved by this release.
