node-red-dashboard (Audio Out)

I am not sure if this node is the Node for the job.

Question

  1. How can the audio be played via the Audio Output 3.5mm jack.
  2. Any work around for this node to work even if the web page is closed

If this is not the node to use, do you have any suggestion?

Any help will be appreciated !

You haven’t said what you are really trying to achieve and where you want the sound to come from. Browser ? Or server? If you really mean with the browser closed then must be server side so maybe the node-red-contrib-play-sound node?
