Node-red:network-observe for container

Im having an issue where my Dashboard World Map resets its connection every 10-15 seconds. I

After some research, someone who had this same issue in an earlier thread suggested needing to run "sudo snap connect node-red:network-observe" to solve the issue

Im running node-red as a container on Kubernetes- Is there a comparable command I can run in a bash shell on the container get the same outcome as this snap command?
