I am looking some examples that use the OSC node: node-red-contrib-osc
The example provided is not enough for me to understand the node:
Where can i find some relevant litterature?

Actually i was just testing this node today to use with vcv rack 
To make it work you need a udp in/out node.
So you only configure the channel (/blabla/blabla) in the osc node and use a udp to listen or send events.
