Hi
I need help. When I pressed the 'Done' button , it doesn't close the layout editor. It hangs the browser. I tried 3 different browser, clear cache and cookies the problem doesn't resolve. I even uninstall and reinstalled node-red it didn't help as well.

open chrome dev tools (F12) and look in the console tab - do you see any errors? Show us please.
what version of node-red are you using? (look in the node-red menu by clicking hamburger button top right next to deploy)
Also what version of node-red-dashboard? Upgrade to latest if necessary.
