PROBLEM with V20.2.3 or V4.1.1 and SFTP NODE

I am not going to fight with this anymore.
I tried the new node, (and thanks for doing this and spending your time to create a working model).

It doesn't work for me as follows
Error message
getConnection: All configured authentication methods failed

I am now convinced that my hosting server has made some changes to their system, because I can now use FTPS, which I never used to be able to do.

I am sure everyone will be grateful for your time and efforts @dceejay

Hi thanks for trying. Yes I would guess they have changed the available cypher suites they use/allow and the underlying lib we use isn't trying one they have... so yes it would be a question to ask them which cypher suites they allow, and then I could maybe work out how we could support that (or not :slight_smile: ).

(It's also worth checking your username and password are absolutely correct - as that would give the same error apparently)

Well username and password are definitely OK.
In the end I have a different way of getting the xml tidal and sun/moon data to the website, which is what I needed to do, so from my point of view my solution is fixed and we can all go boating with the info available.

If you would like to debug further I can help to get some detailed debug messages turned on and we can try to figure out what they are disagreeing about.
