Rebuilding Node-Red - stuck with requestor

Alas last night a macine's SD card died.

I have a backup of the flow/s but there are a lot of nodes which need installing.

I'm guessing I may have to do it from the CLI, as this is what I see when I get to the GUI.

And I can't find a way to close it.

Go into the .node-red folder and run
npm install
Which should reinstall all the nodes, provided you had backed up package.json.
If you have not got that then you will have to reinstall manually. You should be able to do that from Manage Palette.
