there have ways to recover information in settings.js file? i think i have uncarefully delete.....

Are you sure you are looking in the correct folder? Where are you looking?
If you have deleted it and haven't backed it up then unless it is in the trash folder then I don't think you can get it back. However you can regenerate a default settings file just by restarting node-red (at least I think that is the case). Try it and see.
The screenshot also shows you are editing setting.js and not settings.js
