You know how its easy is to drop a node onto a wire to insert it into a flow
Is there an equivalent easy extraction method?

It would be nice if deleting a node that has only one input and one output wire would wire the upstream node to the downstream node... I gotta imagine that 90% of the time this is what is desired.

Just noticed this behaviour -can't drop an "out-type" node into a flow (just mentioning it in case its a minor bug)
