I have updated node-red-contrib-google-translate-plus based latest version "vitalets/google-translate-api" on Github, please let the package be published to be useful for community.

Then it is already done.
In future, after publishing to NPM, you simply click "request refresh" on the flows site & after some time (within the hour) it should appear in the node-red palette.
I thought this needed somehow approval to be published. Thank you!
