Thanks for sharing the story, it was an informative read even though I’ve been using Node-Red for years!

 - though the names under the photos are reversed ... Although we are usually referred to as Nick and Dave - I'm (Dave) the one on the left...

Thanks for the heads-up, Dave :raising_hands: My bad, fixed now

... partially!

I think you should simply label it Dave is the cute one, Nick is the other guy.

Thanks for sharing the story, very cool read!

Though I have to admit the whole article feels like it has been written by a chatbot, which I don't really like... (Lots of em-dashes, lots of "this isn't only X - it is Y" phrases, etc.)

very nice read ! Node-RED is a very unique project even though there are now many projects which came about focusing in similar concepts using latest tech but Node-RED still standing strong, with change being the only constant in this day and age! Also a big shout out to Nick O'Leary , particularly for being so involved in the community, responding to questions, etc. on Slack plus being just genuine and accomodating. And of course a massive shout out to Dave for the relentless work on Dashboard 1 project and community support which is also a great implementation example of what Node-RED can do. In fact, Node-RED was one of the earliest projects that sparked my appetite for Open Source projects!! I believe there is a lot of potential to the project in the future and I really think it is way under-utilised in various environments.
