In the menus go to Configuration Nodes, click Unused, and delete any that show up as unused. There may be some left over from nodes that you have previously used. Select each node and click delete, Or you use ctrl click to select multiple. Then deploy.
If that doesn't fix it then look in manage palette and delete any node types that show as unused.
