Ttn up-link error in node-red

Does anybody know why i get this error

it was working fine then it happened ,i deleted my node-red instance from IBM bluemix installed again ,it worked for sometime then i had the same error :"Error on connection for TTN application yo1989: Error: 14 UNAVAILABLE: Connect Failed"

Can you post the node red log from a node red restart please. Up to the error.

Just realised you are running on bluemix, sorry I don't know how to get the log on there.

That shows the node cannot connect to TTN (error 14)
you should probably either read their docs or ask them what that error number really means

i read that is a common error in node-red but i didnt find the solution

where did you read at it was a common error?
Perhaps ask there how to fix it.
