UI inputs to control timer

Hi,

I have been working on controlling a pump to teach myself how to use node-red. So far I can turn the pump on/off, change direction and control the speed all through the dashboard. I would really like to be able to turn it on and off through the dashboard by selecting a time. For instance, turn on at 16:00 and turn it off at 16:05. Has anyone done anything like this?

Am I maybe jumping too far ahead with my learning? I guess what I need is a timing module that can be controlled from the dashboard.

Any help will be gratefully received.
