Sir I have face same issue with Watch Node now i am using Watch Directory Node . Working fine with network drive(Share folder in Different PC) .
You did not make that clear, I assumed you meant that you were using the standard Watch node in Watch Directory mode. Please tell us which node you are using (node-red-contrib-something probably) so that others finding this will know.

But this node has some problems with folders on drives appearing and disappearing.
