Alarm Node Needed

Hi can anyone give me a good alarm flow, I have searched the library and found nothing

also, i have seen the alarm contrib , and it's very confusing how to make it work
i have various WIFI, RF sensors

just need a good way to connect them all

i am looking for something real simple that can detect movement around my house and log it

so let's say if PIR sensor is tripped, it will count and if another movement is detected it will set off the alarm , i can do it myself , but i see there is an alarm node, so maybe someone can give me a working example
