can any one tel me how can i login to my raspberry ui dashboard on different wifi router ip or any connection internet . not local !

This is a subject discussed at great lengths on this forum. Doing a search should turn up numerous hours of reading. That includes discussions about the pros and cons of doing it.

  1. Does your Raspberry Pi remain in the same place but you want to connect to it from different locations?

  2. Do you want to always connect from the same device - eg your laptop, tablet or phone?

  3. Or do you want to be able to connect from any PC anywhere in the world?

If you answer yes to 1 & 2, take a look at Zerotier.
If 3 is yes it's much more complicated and risky. You may be wiser to look for a way to run Node-red in the cloud.
