Can't Connect to local IP

im out of ideas ...
for sure those two IPs shouldnt be the same .. Windows and Ubuntu VM being 192.168.1.70
i have zero knowledge on ubuntu commands .. can you set the IP of Ubuntu VM to static ?
IP 192.168.1.100 (if you dont have anything else configured on that address)
gateway 192.168.1.254

and try to connect with browser with the new static http://<ip>:1880

Select Network in the Ubuntu Settings menu and make sure that you have it set for wireless. As @UnborN says, the Ubuntu IP should NOT be the same as the PC.

But They use the same wifi. Im using bridge so its normal to be the same ip right?

nope .. its not normal for devices to have the same IP on the same network ..
have you tried setting a static IP ?

I was reading some articles on VirtualBox and some people recommended refreshing/generating a new MAC address

[EDIT]

another possible reason that it doesnt work is that it seems that not all Wifi adapters support Bridged mode
