I want to read the data from a serial Port in the network from another PC, because it is not possible to connect my pc to the serial port directly. OS are both windows.
How can I connect the two and read the data ?
Run node-red in the other PC too and send the data over MQTT?
Is that not just for Linux systems?

To do it on Windows, you will need a 3rd-party driver.
