The ui-level doesn't provide options to change layout. But the source is free so you can build your own version of it as you wish. Pair takes an array as payload. Read the nodes help.

I believe you want to position the label and value at your 'desired' location. by the screenshot you shared, it is evident you are able to get a vertical level, your original question was also to position the value and label . am i right ?
