I have a problem, when I configure FIREBASE on node-RED pallete firebase-modify I accidentally fill in the firebaseny data incorrectly, how do I restore it as before without deleting existing data?

Start node red using
node-red --safe
Which will start the editor but not the flows, then you can fix it and deploy, which will start it running.

im try but 'nodered' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
