That node hasn't been updated in over 7 years. I would normally suggest you contact the author but it seems he hasn't been active on GitHub for quite awhile. I would assume that the node has been abandoned and you should look for another solution.
I successfully installed this node package on another PC about 6 months ago. I am using a different node.js version but that's about it.
I did successfully install this node package but when I deploy with a configured node in my flow it errors out and will not let me deploy my flow
Once again, you need to contact the author of that Node. I do see it hasn't been updated in over 5 years...
Can't you use the ODBC package to access DB2 instead? https://github.com/markdirish/node-red-contrib-odbc If you need any help with that, let me know.
