When I start up NODE-RED I don't have any FLOWS showing in my main workspace.
I must of deleted all the flows somehow.
How do I get back to normal ???

Did you update node-red when this happened ?
Possibly node red is opening the wrong flows file. Look at the node red startup log to see which flows file it is using, and look in your .node-red folder to see what files are there.
