Get-history: Request failed with status code 400 when using Entity ID INCLUDE not IS

With Home Assistant Core 2023.5.2, the get history node using Entity ID INCLUDE has started returning "Request failed with status code 400"

I have used INCLUDE "binary_sensor._sensor_motion" as well as "device_tracker." which worked before 2023.5.2. Also Entity ID IS seems to work with no problem, just the INCLUDE.
