Tema resuelto, MUCHAS GRACIAS A TODOS
El tema parece ser que estaba en que tenia cargados los nodos
node-red-dashboard y dashboard-evi y probablente no sean compatibles ambos a la ved, por que
al desistalar el -evi ha salido funcionando
Me he dado cuenta por que en el PC me funcionaba todo y no tenia instalado el nodo -evi
Lo comento por si alguien le pasa que no pase el mal rato que yo he pasado una semana entera dando vueltas y vueltas y molestando a todo el que me quería oír
