Remove old server settings from the list

How can I remove all the old test databases I used for testing, when clicking the server dropdown.

  1. Select the one you want to delete in the list.
  2. Click the pencil button next to it to open its edit dialog.
  3. Click the Delete button in the top left corner of the dialog
