Time picker sets time in 1970

Hi!
I am trying to use time picker, but it gives me almost random values from 1970 -1972.
When I use other time nodes such as simpletime or moments, it gives me right values. Even when I use dashboard calendar, it shoves me the right year. Did anybody encountered something similar? I couldn't find anything like this on internet

which time picker ? can you share an example flow ?

First of all. Thanks for the answer.
It is text input set as time picker.
I found my problem. I didn't read the description properly. Output of this node gives milliseconds from midnight, not full epochtime. I couldn't figure that out.
