Trigger a reindex

Hi,
I published node-red-contrib-tapo-p125m@0.1.4 with a cleaned README and proper engines metadata.

The npm is correct and serving the updated README, but the Flow Library page still appears to be rendering an older cached version.

Would someone be able to trigger a reindex for this node? Here is a link to it - node-red-contrib-tapo-p125m (node) - Node-RED

It appears to be showing 0.1.6 now, but I notice that you still have 0.1.0 in your package.json on github. You should update the version on github before publishing to npm.
