Your devices need to get interviewed (the hour glass in the UI for each ZWave device)
This is a one time thing, for each network you setup + additional devices that you add to the network later.
The network is not fully ready, until all devices have been interviewed.
If they are battery operated this can sometime, but most battery devices have a button to wake them up.
once a device has been interviewed, it will have a thumbs up
All devices are interviewed but the node is not reday.
My devices are powered by a cable not by batteries.
I don't know why it doesn't work
Not according to the screenshot, refresh the browser maybe/ or restart Node RED.
if you still have problems, then I need to see logs - enable logging (Debug, File).
and upload the log file here as is.
