I to all
I want user alexa home skill node for ask : Alexa read temperature"
then using alexa node Home Response i tell the poi of my house "garden"
then into my nodered flow read the request "read temperrature" and "garden"

i look alexa home response is possible give to alexa second command but not find a example to follow

I don't think you can do exactly what you want but you could try using the alexa-remote2 node on its own with the Q&A skill and set up question like

"Alexa, read garden temperature"

and then check when its received
