Editor - Manage Palette(Package): How to hide a specific package from the Palette

Hi!
I want to hide a package from the manage palette and don't want other users change it.
The package is '@node-red-contrib-themes/theme-collection'
In the previous version 3.1.9 it was installed through the package.json but it was not shown in the Manage Palette. since now I have upgraded to 4.0.2 it shows up there.

To my knowledge - it’s not (I could be wrong)
Revealing plugins, is now a feature of Node Red 4
